Week 9 finished. It actually took me 10 weeks as sometimes I needed a day extra to recover between runs. Still not very fast (just over 4k in 30 minutes) but chuffed that I can now run for half an hour. Just need to work on he speed now!

Let me be the first to congratulate, well done....isn't it such a great feeling. Now your running adventures start, don't be too ambitious too soon, take sometime to consolidate what you have achieved, after all you do not want to end up on the injury couch. Well done and bask in today's glory. Happy running.

Very well done on your graduation. You should feel very proud. I agree completely with what Amber said. Consolidate what you've achieved before embarking on any new challenges. Good luck :)

Well done on completing the course.

Enjoying your running is more important than speed.

Now is the time to go and discover new running routes...

Happy running

Congratulations on becoming a graduate, enjoy your running but don't try to increase speed just yet, try to make the 30 minutes running a habit first then think about speed

Congratulations :-)

Don't worry about speed and distance, just remember that you can run for 30 minutes :-) :-)

Keep on running and you'll just find you can do more.

It took me three further weeks of running 3 times a week, to run my first 5k - managed it in 36.5 mins. And I did it again this morning :-)

Keep feeling chuffed - it's the best feeling :-)
