My NHS Choices interview - Parkrun and C25K :-)

Steven who is one of the admins on HU interviewed me for a NHS choices article. Here is the article he wrote:

Thanks! Ramadan is going well. After the first few days the body adjusts, I've had a very busy period at work too and that makes the days pass quickly!

Thanks Miles! I'm not as prolific blogger as I was a year ago but I try to post once a week when I can. I'm currently on a short hiatus because I am fasting during the month of Ramadan but I'll be back and blogging in a few weeks time. Hopefully you won't miss the posts then!

It might be a suitable place to remind peeps that they can enter Parkruns under the team name of NHS C25k. I entered my first race, and my second one as a member of team NHS C25k! I'll continue to do so and get us more publicity, hopefully
