Completed my second run of week 3 yesterday and felt OK, the legs felt tired and the leg muscles felt less like I could play a tune on them if anyone knows what I mean. I even had a little burn in the dying seconds of the last run.. am now enjoying a nice recovery walk in to work.. sun shining etc etc..

Good for you! You can expect to ache somewhat as you get used to the new exertion. I got what I call "electric legs" when I started C25k. My legs were like they were charged with static when I went to bed at night. It was like the Ministry of Silly Walks in by bedroom of a night time LOL!
You could make life easier for yourself if you run out of the heat of the day, eg early morning or later in the evening.

Glad to hear your legs are feeling a bit easier this time. Running just takes a bit of getting used to. Do you mean you crossed a little burn (i.e. A small stream) or had a wee burst of speed in the dying seconds? Either sounds good to me
