Week 9 done and dusted! Was out of the door by 5.50 am and managed it fairly comfortably.....I always have a tough time getting past about 15/20 minutes. Covered a distance of 4.1 k including the 5 min warm up walk. I hope to be covering the 5 k in the next couple of weeks as I'm due to do parkrun on the 21st. Whoop!
