A graduation of sorts...

So I started off with Laura for the first 4 weeks but after some knee problems we decided to go out separate ways (it's not you, it's me!)

I did a month of fast walking & strength exercises on my rest days to build up my knees a bit. After that I went onto my own concoction of walk/run training covering a distance of 5k each time. Tonight I did my first non stop jog of 5k!

It's taken 14 weeks but I am pretty well overweight. I've lost 12.6kg upto now & did my 5k in 31mins 38 secs.

If I can do it anyone can! Big smiles all round :-)

Parkrun next weekend!

All the best,

Lee

Hi Lee... That's a really good time. Well done. I'll be really happy when I can do 5K in that time!

Thanks very much! Was kind of hoping for 30mins or below but even a small slope slows right down lol.
