Fun Run this morning

Had a fantastic time this morning completing a 5k run with friends from work I am no 181 in the picture. Did it in 42mins 11secs. Thought this was not bad considering how warm it was today. Had to walk a couple of times so i could drink, but i did it and i had been so worried i wouldn't be able to, i loved it!!!!!!

Yey! That's great! I've got a fun run in two weeks. Never done one before so not sure how it's going to go..a bit nervous. I'm just doing it on my own as no-one else will do it with me. It has been very warm today, your time is great! Well Done!!

just go and enjoy, i was really nervous even though with others but you need not be, everyone is so supportive cheering you on. I got separated from my friends so it was like running on my own anyway, just get into your stride and go for it!!!
