Back on it!!!

So after being out of action since Tuesday with back pain I decided to go out and try an early morning run and hurrah back was ok and run 2 week 6 now done.

I know we should have a days rest in between runs but I am going to try run 3 tomorrow morning to get me back on schedule but not stressing if I don't complete the 25 mins but I will do my utmost I am excited to do this one

  • Don't panic, there is no rush and it's good to respect our rest days to repair our bodies...however I feel your excitement and I'm sure you will nail it ( then a rest!!!) :)
