Week 9 finally!!

Took me longer than normal to finish week 8 - ill, kids, work etc all getting in the way.

Finally went out on the first run of week 9 this morning though in the rain & wind. Hills and a head wind for certain sections definitely slowed me down but I covered 2.8 miles in the 30 mins. But more importantly I really enjoyed it and feel really ready for the day
