Week 8 Run 2 - just as ragged as Run 1!

Felt so heavy in the legs .....though tackling the deep muddy tracks in the woodlands didn't help....nearly lost my trainer to it at one point! Maybe this is just not a good week for me.....also think running after a long day's work is probably not the best time so planning Run 3 on Sunday morning.

I prefer to run in the mornings as I'm fresher then although it doesn't suit everyone. However, if your evening runs are not working so well for you, especially after a day's work, then it's probably a good idea to try running in the mornings if you can. Well done for completing W8R2, graduation is not far off now. Good luck with run 3 and best wishes.

oh my god I could feel it! I managed to do every run but the last two I was very close to stopping....
