Well after making lots of excuses last week after doing the first Week 4 run, and not running all week, I finally got back to it yesterday. Was worried that I wouldn't be able to complete the 5 mins sections as I struggled the week before. Very pleased, although it was tough I finished it and felt great. I must admit I was talking to myself the whole way through the last 5 mins! I wouldn't go as far as saying I'm enjoying it yet, but I am quite looking forward to tomorrow's run!

Well done on getting back out there, sometimes a few extra days out are really worth it.
Well done for getting out there again. Sometimes a day or more's rest can pay real dividends. Don't worry about week 5 yet - the 20 minute run is quite achievable and not as bad as it's reputation would have us believe. By that time you will be ready anyway as you have put in the preparatory work and trained up to it. Good luck with your next run and best wishes.
