Hi all, I started W2 today, the first 90 secs run seemed longggg but it became easier and the followings were fine. Im still using only the treadmill, I want to run outside but bad weather and some security problems at the park for now, let´s see if I can do some outside run this week. Good luck to all this week!

Well done on completing the first run of week 2. It doesn't matter if you use a treadmill - you are still running. Yes, it is nice to run outside but no point in putting yourself at risk with bad weather and security problems - you will get outside soon enough when the weather improves, I am sure. You're really making progress with this and I wish you well. Good luck with your next run. Cheers.

Well done Anadelsur,

I just did my W2R1 and and I hear what you say about the first couple of 90 sec runs.

I am also at the gym on treadmill, but I enjoy it there as I don't have to worry about weather.

Good luck, and kept it up.

Well done, Ana, keep the good work up! Better on the treadmill than not running at all, or outside at risk of security problems and the awful weather! :-)
