greetings all ive now starting to train 5 days a week now and i kicked off with 5k split in to intervals of half mile fast and half mile medium pace and fun was had by all ,this morning will be a 5 miler before work weds swimming thursday 8 and friday 9 and of course the long old run on sundays i seemed to have found a shop that sells giant sweets on my run route time for 5k 22:44 happy running all

I don't envy you running five times a week. It makes me ache just to think about it

thanks miss wobble i did run past but went back when ive finished they had every sweet known to man i wll post the cake shop i go past next time not to mention the chocolate shops and i still want to get faster happy running to you

Oooh, very pretty. Hypnotically so in fact. Darn and darn and darn! Please no more torture and no cake shop :-)

That is a fast 5k Moger - it takes me 40 minutes to run my 5k at the moment. I am in awe.
