Does anyone know what speed you need to run at on a treadmill to do 3 minute kilometers?

We're discussing the marathon world record in my office and it looks as though they maintain this pace for the whole thing so I wondered what you would have to do a treadmill to see how fast they are actually running.

If you want to do 1 K in 3 minutes you would need to go at 20kph
