Finished with a Parkrun!

Did my last wk9 part 3 on Saturday in my first Parkrun. Completed the 5k in 29:35 (so officially not completed the 30 mins!!!) but delighted to have gone from a 45 yo with poor fitness to coming in the top 200 out of 300 runners.

I just can't recommend this programme enough!
