Week 5 run 3 done! How fab is that!

I can remember seeing comments about Week 5 & wondering how I'd ever manage it. When I started I always kept an eye on the time counting down the seconds. In Week 5 I've let Laura do my timekeeping & concentrated on keeping going. I passed some of the time thinking what I'd put in this message. Some good advise that I took was take the speed down & keep going. I'm on a treadmill at 6.8 kph. This is the longest I've ever jogged & I'm chuffed!

Good for you...you're over half way there! I'm only in week 1, but excited to see that sticking with the program does work.

Well done, it's such a great feeling of achievement completing that 20min run :-)

Well done, I've got mine at the end of the week. Best wishes.

Thanks! All the best to you too. I have to admit that I put it off a bit as I had a slight twinge in my knee & then a very long day at work. In the end I just said to myself - get it done! Sure you'll do it too.

Well done! You should be really proud of yourself for sticking with the programme & running for so long! I agree, letting your mind wander means the minutes fly by! Good luck for week 6 :)
