Yessss!!!!! I wouldn't exactly use the term "running" for my personal style, but I chuffed my way through 20 whole minutes without stopping. Mapmyrun tells me the whole route (including warm up and down) was 3.89km and my average pace was 7.45min/km; I have no idea if that's good or snail's pace but what the heck, I did it and feel mighty chuffed. Now all I have to worry about is doing it again in week 6 - eek!
