So after completing week 5 and amazing myself with how I managed 20 whole minutes of running I decided to put in an extra run on Sunday with just my music on I also decided that I could do some stretches and dispense with the 5 minute walk so off I went full of my own importance and at 2k felt a pain in my knee like a hot poker piercing through it did I stop? No because I can run through the pain! After 4.35k I arrived back home exhausted and in a lot of pain so consequently instead of being on run 2 today I've only just done run 1 lesson learned I think!

Oh dear. Hope you are ok.
I'm fine thanks just very cross with myself after reading so much and following the programme to the letter I should have known better. Still nothing like a painful knee to make you stop and think!
