I can't quite believe it! Last year was a tough one - I was ill and in treatment for 12 months, I've never been a runner before so this is great I am doing 10 k in May for McMillan in May so need to keep upping my game. Can anyone recommend a 5 to 10 podcast I know I will miss Laura lots!

Well done and good luck for the 10k! Also graduated last night and feel great. Think there's a 10k Laura podcast. Sure one of the other graduates (can you believe that includes us!) will know more.

That's brilliant, well done you! I had the 5k+ podcasts recommended to me and at the moment I use those. I also repeat W9 on occasions until I get comfortable with running the 5k. I think there is a website walkjogrun that has training plans for a 10k too. I am sure some on here have mentioned that .Good luck with your running and the 10k, let us know how it all goes. x
