Delaying my graduation run for a week was obviously the right decision. I did my third 30 minute run this morning in my fastest time yet of 11.10 min/mile (6.57 km/mile for you youngsters) and loved every minute. Ok, maybe a bit of selective memory there... It was a good run though and the weather was kind.

Thank you! At the end of March I start a ten week 10k schedule because I have signed up for a 10k race in June. In the meantime I will just carry on running 30 minutes three times a week.
