W7 R2 on hold

Well I have been feeling a bit rough today. Just a headache mainly but I have had some sharp pain in my ankle at various points throughout the day. I have decided to miss my run today. Missing it I am. I was looking forward to just running on the flat today, but don't want to risk my ankle. I badly twisted it in November and couldn't do much for a few months. I'd rather take a day than make it worse right now.

You're quite right-best to rest up now than regret it later by pushing yourself. Its horrid though when you have to have a break. Hope you're back to fitness soon. x
