Week 5 - big tick

After a couple of days not running I've finished Week 5 this afternoon. I have been trying to keep each "week" within a calendar week but a couple of things got in the way. Still out onto the road earlier for the first long run of 20 minutes and I know from experience last time that this was the run that caused me the most apprehension. No worries, ran the 20 minutes and after a brief malfunction on the MP3 where it started the track again I decided to run a bit more just to be sure I'd done the distance. Felt pretty good and ran for 27 minute in all so I'm really chuffed with that.

And, of course, that's over half way through C25K.
