Week 4 Run 2...Done!

As it's been hot here the past few days I reverted to going a bit earlier in the day - before breakfast. I really enjoyed the run and found it marginally easier than the first week 4 run. It was beautiful in the country park this morning - jogging around the lake and just a tad further due to the longer runs. I even managed 6 steps of 'sprint' in the last ten seconds to the end of the last 5 minute run. Getting really keen now. Best wishes and happy running to you all.
