Just finished week 2 run 3 but without the dog this time. It was so much easier. I did feel a bit naked and exposed without the company though. I kept thinking I'd forgotten something. I NEVER go out without a dog (or two) so that will take a bit of getting used to. Not having to factor in sniffing stops and toileting stops was a huge relief. I found a better pace too, rather than whizzing along at a large dogs pace.
I'm quite looking forward to week 3 now (she says chewing her fingernails and shaking with fear)
I'm really enjoying the achievement of doing something positive for my health and I can't wait to be able to run for say 10 minutes! I shall feel like an Olympian then!
On the look out for a decent sports bra now if anyone has any recommendations?

Hi Rupertlebear we r at the same level. I wear a normal bra with a sports bra top on top of that. It's one with a racer back u just pull on and I find that works for me and stops me thinking about my breasts at all despite them not being small.
Week 3 does seem a little daunting but others have done it and so can we.
I didn't know bears wore bras!
Tesco do some sports bras at very good prices - that's where I got mine. Congratulations on getting to the end of Week 2 and welcome to week 3, which I finished a couple of days ago. It's not too bad, just take it steady and don't panic. Best wishes.
