Couch to 5K

Just finished week 2

I have just finished week 2, and think I can possibly scale up to week 3, I am 64 and happy to take it slowly, but so far so good. On this third run this morning things did seem easier particularly the first 90 seconds of running in the session which on the previous two occasions I found the toughest. I can't believe how helpful it is having Laura say well done - it's quite ridiculous since it is all recorded, but it seems to work.

Well done. If you feel comfortable about moving on to week 3 then go ahead. I tend to repeat runs/weeks as it works best for me this way but we are all different. Good luck with commencing week 3. I'm shortly about to do W3R3 and surprised that I've got this far. Best wishes.
