Extra run

So decided to put in an extra run today. Was feeling a bit fed up so thought a run would help. I'm due to start week 4 tomorrow so didn't want to mess up my normal schedule so ran without Laura in my ear I covered 4.34 km in 36.05 mins I know it's not a brilliant time and I couldn't say how long I ran and how long I walked but I was very pleased with myself anyway and after a nice hot shower and something to eat and drink I don't feel fed up anymore.

It sounds like a great time to me, especially if you're only just starting week 4. Do make sure to get your rest days though, whilst you work through the programme, as your body needs them to repair and strengthen. It's all too easy to injure yourself with over-enthusiam. I know. ;-)
