Well.... Not a good one. I was thrown out of the house half hour after dinner. (I was in the way). I did my warm up but couldn't run as I had a full stomach. I walked for a mile and needed the little girls room. I ran a mile in 13 mins to get home. Not bad!!! I wasn't even going full speed as I didn't want to be sick. My belly didn't feel good moving around! When I got home I didn't need to go!!! Typical! The things you do when you get caught short!

Well you still made it round! i find if i think about needing the loo i need it much worse, its definitely psychological in my case! Did the dog come too? or have i got the wrong end of the stick?! well done on your 13 min mile!
I needed the loo! I know I was in the middle of nowhere but I really didn't fancy hiding behind a tree! Good thing I didn't as on the way to the car I ran into a group of 15 - 20 girls walking!!! The dog keeps me company. I live 10 miles from all of my friends and my husband can't run because of a leg injury. Both lower bones are held with plates and pins. Even walking gives him pain some days. My dog, she loves the forest and running! She's much faster than me though!!!
its lovely to have the dog keeping you company i got a new dog 2 weeks ago, hes a bit unfit and plump but he is slimming down already and likes going walkies! I've got a thing about needing to know how far the nearest loo is! did have to go in bushes on sponsored walk a while back but had someone on patrol! Good luck for your next runs.............
I did R2 of week 5 out on the Sussex downs.. my podcast went wonky and I couldn't remember the timings, so made it up from memory. I ended up running half of it uphill and did 9 minutes longer than I needed to and thought I was going to die - perhaps that is why after the first 8 minutes, had to go and find some shrubbery for wild toilette! (I am sure my body must have thought I was being chased by a tiger or something). My dog comes on my runs too! We are back on Dartmoor today and tackling R3
