Graduated Tuesday. Friday - intense pain in upper front thigh. Unbearable actually even although I believe I have high pain threshold. Trying stretches and warm compresses plus ibuprofin. Movement is very painful. Anyone got any experience of this and what helps?

I'm sorry to hear you're in pain. I'm no medic but when pain is acute (early onset stage) I've been told to use ice packs which reduce the inflammation thus reduce the pain. I'd recommend a trip to the walk-in centre if you can manage it? Sending you lots of well wishes. And congrats on graduating!
