I got to W2R2 about a month ago but have been able to run since. Should I start at the beginning or on W2?

I'd say start again from the beginning, see how you go, and if you find it fairly easy - jump back up to W2R2 - but if not, keep going according to the plan - all the best!!
I'd say start again from W1 to get back into it. It's not like you're going back over the whole 9 weeks.
I'd do a week 1 run. If that's no problem at all, then next run should week 2 run 1. If not, two more week 1 runs.
And by "no problem at all", do three checks:
-you feel at the end of the run that you would be happy to move on next time
-on the day in between, no strange twinges or muscle aches
-at start of next run, you're up for moving on
(I'm doing these checks as I get going again after graduating then two months break - doing at least one run from each week)
