Last Wed I completed week 5 run 3. It was great and I felt great. But with half term (no childcare) and uni work piling up, I haven't been out since. Do I repeat my last run? the whole last week? Just move on anyway? I'm not sure where to go from here!!!

You can move on if you want to,or at least give it a try. If you can't finish then go back to week 5 and run one run. If you need more then do the whole week again. It doesn't matter in the scheme of things. Just getting back out there is the thing. Do it now or you'll start to slide and you don't want that to happen do you

Like misswobble said the beauty of this programme is that you can do what you feel is right for you. Perhaps try the run for week 6 (I had a week long break when I was around week 5/6 as I was away on holiday). If it feels too hard go back to week 5. However, after Week 5/Run 3 Week6/Run 1 may actually appear/feel easier.
thanks for replies. I was thinking because of what the w5r3 was, it might actually be better to just carry on. I think I'll just give it a go and go from there. I can feel it sliding and I know if I don't get out there soon the motivation will be gone. i'll be out tomorrow hopefully!
