I decided to do week 5 twice on the basis that on the first week it was really struggling to do the 8 mins of running. At the end of the first week I decided to repeat the 2nd run and not attempt the 20 mins running until the end of the 2nd week. Well just done the 20 mins and am well pleased. Wasn't easy but so glad to achieved it. Week 6 I am coming your way.
