I hate running in the sun but today was too good an opportunity to miss. Husband dropped me one end of the prom and met me the other end with Dudley Dog. 5k in 34 mins which whilst not a PB wasn't bad considering the people I had to dodge and the pebbles all over the prom from the storms Friday night!
