If you are unable to find a running buddy from this site (sorry I'm nowhere near you) then, if you are female, it might be worth finding out if there is a Running Sisters group in or near your area. You can Google them and see various areas on their website. Failing that, maybe you could put up an advert at your nearest fitness centre or local swimming pool to see if anyone from there is interested in C25K and keeping you company. Good luck with the programme and best wishes.
