I am so pleased, I have completed Wk 3 run 2 and can't believe how good it feels. I know it's early days but I think how tough it felt in Wk 1 and how I thought I would never be able to run any further, and I've done it. And it didn't feel half bad! I am using the podcast now rather than the app and find the music helps- it stops me hearing my puffing and gasping which in turn keeps me moving. I'm really only a tad faster than walking but here's to the next one. I can't wait!

Yay at W3R2 and lol @ the puffing and gasping! I've got the podcast, but I make my own playlist to accompany it. Sometimes I forget I'm in the street and not my car and I start singing along! X

Wish I had enough breath left for singing!
That's because my run is more of a fast walk!!!
