Does anyone know how to manually upload a run to Garmin Connect?

My Garmin failed on me last night and didn't record the distance or pace of my run. It was only a short couple of K so I'm not going to lose any sleep over it, but I would like to record it if possible - when you've set yourself a very ambitious distance target for the year every K counts ;-)

You need to register on their website and if I remember correctly it gives you quite straight forward instructions. It is worth doing as it shows a map of your run with the inclines and any change in speed so you can see where you struggle or do well.

Hello Saruma

To enter a run manually, go to your Garmin Connect page, select ‘Activities’, which is under the ‘Analyse' tab, then click on the little plus sign where it says ‘Manual Activity’. This gives you a page with a series of drop-down lists for entering the details of a run.

Good luck with your distance challenge.
