This morning was run 2 of week 3. I've been a bit unsure of whether to run lately, as my knees are a little iffy. The past maybe week they have been a bit painful, usually fine whilst actually running, it's all the other times that it's a bit off. Anyway, it was the same as always really, hard going but I got through it. Finding the 3 minutes a bit tough but I'm always surprised by how quickly my breathing returns to normal now. The first week I was in a state of constant breathlessness, so the program is obviously working. I'm looking forward to getting week 3 out of the way too, I'm only 2 runs away from where I abandoned it 2 years ago so quite looking forward to getting past that point!
