Race for Life raising money for Vasculitis UK

I've took the bull by the horns and booked myself onto the Clumber Park 5k Race For Life on June 21st.

I'm using the C25K program to get me ready for this.

Vasculitis UK have been very supportive during the last year, and have helped us understand this condition. This is a small way of me saying thank you for them being there, with advice and support. My just giving page is listed below, follow me and see how I do.

Cheers Christian, it was quite a shock when he was diagnosed, he's a lot better this year, this time last year we hadn't a clue what was ahead, he's not 100% but Definatly better, he rattles with the meds!!
