Hi, hope your all doing well. Better late than never. I finished 1 on Saturday. Couldn't run Monday & Tuesday as I was recovering from root canal!!! Awch. All done now though. Started week two today and did well. I'm finding the last two runs easier than the first couple. Sounds strange but its like my body is just waking up. My dog is enjoying herself and we hope to get the distance back to where we were a year and a half ago.... 8 miles.

Well done on getting back to running. Don't stop this time!!!! Your dog will be loving your new fitness regime too. Good luck with your next run. Enjoy it!

Thanks. I had to stop due to injury. Hopefully I'm strong enough this time!
