Ok, operation 'get back to the programme' after stalling at week 8 is progressing.
After Sunday's successful 15 minute fun run, today I completed my next goal of running again today, with only one rest day in between. On Sunday I did 2k in 15 mins. Today I did 3 k in 21.58 mins so very pleased with myself.
Having my new garmin helped me today to push to complete the 3 k as I was so close to it when I wanted to stop.
My next goal is to get out there again on Thursday. Still telling myself it is completely ok (and indeed fantastic) to only aim for 15mins and then feel free to see what happens, but feel equally victorious if I only do 15.
