A fatal combination...

...of the C25K programme, a bit of weight loss and a sunny day. They all came together for me this morning at the Poole Parkrun, with a PB of 27:31. Makes all those dark, early morning training runs more than worthwhile. Just goes to show that like most things, the more you put in the more you get out. Enjoy your run this weekend, to those of you going out. Onward and upward.

Fateful might have been a better choice of word, Michael. My expectation was of a tale of disaster, rather than your triumphal success at Parkrun. Those Parkrun PBs do make you glow with self satisfaction, don't they. That's a great time, congratulations.

Keep running, keep smiling.
