Hi had a break of a few months and was running 5k 4 times a week before, i really dont know where to start back.
can anyone help as i dont have a clue and want to get back out there.

Try this:
Download the podcasts for week 5 onwards and give it a go.
You are probably fit enough to do more, but returning from injury I always think your joints and muscles need to get accustomed to running regularly again.

I can sympathise as I am in a very similar situation, but mine is due to verrucas! Good luck in getting back into running ~ I know I shall need it!

I've also had a long break and have started back on 20 minutes. I'm going to raise the time by a couple of minutes each run now.
