Well never thought I would be able to do this when I started but here I am just finished W9R1.
I know its late in the game with just two runs left but I have a question this is couch to 5k so should I be doing 5k of just running in 30 mins or should the 5k include the 5min warm up and 5min warm down?

Congratulations, nearly there. Week 9 is three 30 minute runs, excluding your warm ups. If you happen to do 5k then congratulations, again, but it is not compulsory.
