I did it! In time for Christmas!

I was determined to graduate before Christmas, planned to run yesterday but didn't fancy taking on gale force winds and torrential rain so had no choice but to do week 9 run 3 today despite the rain still falling.

It's still really hard, legs like lead and panting like a puppy by the second half of the run, somehow i thought it would be easy! Ha running for 30 minutes isn't easy is it?

I did my graduation run (that sounds sooo good) with Laura, it was only right, she has got me this far.

Thank you so much for all the support and encouragement along the way, i could not have done this without you all.
