week 1, run 2

well, first run was treadmill and it was ok, not too difficult. quads felt a little tight but that was it. Today i ran outside and i have to say my chest was very tight. don't know if that's normal for a second run or due to it being a bit cold. Either way i managed and felt pretty good at the end. I am NOT interested in distance, I am purely listening to Laura and trying to feel comfortable in the running phases prior to week 2.

You've done really well. It sounds as if you are pacing yourself properly. Don't forget to stretch afterwards as this keeps tightness at bay. Well done!
