I guess I graduated this morning! Ran along Heacham Beach through to Hunstanton and back for a change... wow the sea is boring!! Took and extra week due to ill-health around week 7, other than that all went smoothly and I'd thoroughly recommend this program to anyone (use the podcasts, not the app). Just got to keep going now...

Congratulations!!

The sea - boring??! You should try the streets I have to run around... although I suppose the gymnastics involved in avoiding parked cars on pavements, wheelie bins, recycling boxes, dog mess, tree roots, damaged paths etc. etc. does add a little interest... ;-)

Thank you all. Yes I found the seafront boring... a long concrete prom stretching into the distance with the sea on one side... i find the streets far more distracting, and for me a distracted/busy mind makes for a far easier run. A run by the sea does sound good in a romantic kind of way I suppose... I may try it again in the summer!!

I find exactly the same angus - I too live 5 mins brisk walk from the sea and after 3 weeks I was finding the long stretch of prom getting quite dull, so I switched to running in and out of all the small streets off the seafront - far more distracting.

Well done good going, and I think running by the sea must be amazing... I've only ever done it once in week 5 but it felt incredible.. Hope you've had some celebrations?!

Congratulations! Our park run is along the sea front but I'm still working up the courage.
