Running after a short maybe unnecessary break.

Back from 'Run For A Cure Africa 5K run' Was very apprehensive as my last run was 25days ago, mixture of travel and a slight chest cold on my return. I spent last few days reading similar posts from you guys and realised I need to run/walk whatever just start moving again. Well did it 47mins & 2 x 2minutes walks. Taking a little longer to recover, but so relieved haven't lost all that hard work and achievement. Some friends who hadn't known about my new found joy, were shocked when I left them (walkers) at the start line. Plan is back to 3 runs a week. Thanks ya all...
