Run 3 week 5

completed run 3 of week 5 last night - was so nervous when I started really did not think I could do it. The first 10 minutes were a little hard but the last 10 mins were great! Grinned the whole way as I knew that I was very close to doing the whole run - what a great feeling! Anyone else who is nervous just take it easy and enjoy it's not as hard as you may think!

Congratulations , it is a fantastic feeling when that's out of the way . You dread it then find it's not that bad , enjoy your running & well done


That Week 5 Run 3 is such an epic achievement in the programme. Well done you! Week 6 can be tricky (as they put the walks back in) but stick with it and you'll be flying. Good luck! :-)
