completed run 3 of week 5 last night - was so nervous when I started really did not think I could do it. The first 10 minutes were a little hard but the last 10 mins were great! Grinned the whole way as I knew that I was very close to doing the whole run - what a great feeling! Anyone else who is nervous just take it easy and enjoy it's not as hard as you may think!
