After a bit of a struggle with week 8 , I ran 5 times over a week and half, I have now cruised through week 9!!!!!!!! Done completed and everything seemed to click into place. So anyone whose starting out trust me it works, I was the person on week one losing my lungs in the park, feeling self concious thinking people were looking at me, doubting myself....now nearly 10 weeks later I canrun 5 k. Amazed!!!!!!! It Works
