Cannot believe I have just run non-stop for 25 minutes. My speed wasn't fantastic...I covered 2.4 miles over the course of the podcast. But I did it! I couldn't have done better. Today my best is good enough!

That's 25 minutes and 2.4 miles further than you were running just a few weeks ago.
Keep running, keep smiling.
Snap - 2.4 miles covered in the 25 min. I just think of the days at school where I struggled to jog round 400m! Well done!
