wk4 r3 completed. Going to plan so far!

Started again at week 4 and so far going OK. Last 5 minutes a bit of a struggle but got there and today hit the 2 mile point a minute earlier than the 2nd run (on treadmill so have all the readings in front of me) Finding that by booking the 'next run' into my diary is what is giving me the boost to keep going at the moment. Next run? Sunday morning. oh and had lost 2lb at this weeks WW weight in!

Hey, you have done so well! Weight seems to come off more easily when you run for longer later in the programme but you have to ensure you dont reward your runs with food goodies!
