slight twinge 2 weeks ago near the end of my 4 mile run. was able to finish the run as really only was a little twinge. Came home showered sat down then about an hour or so later found pain on weight bearing. Again not excessive but uncomfortable.. Thought it would settle down but it didn't , went for physio 5 days later settled the pain for two days then came back worse than at the start. Waiting for GP appointment but had a medical colleague opinion that it bore of the symptoms of a stress fracture of the navicular bone. Anyone had anything similar? Going stir crazy not being able to run and walking like hop a long cassidy!!
